- We held our second annual Gala in Uganda on August 11 and 12, celebrating the academic and athletic achievements of our SSRC kids.
- We opened our 6th Small Steps Reading Club in Maala Primary School, providing books, netball & soccer uniforms & equipment.
- We provided 3 sewing machines to expand our efforts to provide girls training and the opportunity to make their own reusable feminine hygiene pads, so their education is not interrupted.
- We provided hygiene products for girls, materials to make their own, and sports bras and other undergarments.
- Our first social media/communications intern began in 2023.
